One of the more challenging courses in the valley, ASU Karsten Golf Course Tempe Az will give you a run for your money.
At Karsten, many of holes could be considered the course’s signature hole. The par-four 4th hole, the evil par-four 9th, the
unforgiving par-three 16th (all 248 yards from the tips) or the S.O.B. par-four 18th which has water down the left side and is considered one of the toughest finishing holes in Arizona. Never a dull moment. The course plays over 7,000 from the tips and a rating/slope of 73.8/131.
Also a great place to go for lunch even if you’re not playing golf. Many other restaurants in the area. Head over to Mill Ave or near by Minderbinders and don’t forget Four Peaks Brewery on 8th street. (almost within walking distance of the course)
