Homes for sale near Gene Autry Baseball Complex Mesa Az
The Gene Autry Baseball Complex, which opened in March of 1984, is a 3-field baseball complex in Northeast Mesa.
This park was built by the City of Mesa and the California Angels for the Cactus League play between 1984 to 2006. In 2007 the Angels abandon the field and decided to play somewhere else. They now make there home at the Tempe Diablo Stadium.
Gene Autry Baseball has a total of 3 well groomed baseball diamonds, batting tunnels and an 8-pack covered pitching station. There is a 47-acre park area nearby that includes playground equipment, 4 lighted sand volleyball courts, and ramadas of varying sizes. This is a great baseball venue as well as a great park for all the family.
This part of Mesa has a great location. Close by to just about anything you might need. ASU, Sky Harbor, ASU Karsten Golf Course, Lucille’s Bar-b-Que @ Tempe Market Place just to name a few things you may need.
