The Legacy Golf Course is a great place to play year round.
Golf in the winter or summer you will enjoy this course. Some holes have open fairways some you will need to be “SPOT” on. Inside of 150 yards that is the difference between a par and double boogie. (RIGHT!)
If you’ve never been to Arizona in the summer, the rates at this course as well as all the course’s in the valley become very affordable. In the winter rates can be triple or even 4 times the rates we pay in the summer. (make sure you bring plenty of water)
Homes in this subdivision are a bit higher than the surrounding are, but the grounds are worth the money. There are 524 “Dwellings” in the subdivision. A mix of Homes, Town Homes and Condos. These homes were built between 1999 and 2002. A wide variety of sizes and types. (to many to list)
In the last year we’ve had over 45 homes sell ranging in size from 1,268-3,098 with prices ranging from $150,000-$382,000.00
When I was researching the subdivision, I saw that there were a few homes that sold between 2004-2006 for over $500k. Unfortunately those people won’t see those prices for a few more years.
Also Close by is South Mountain. One of the largest City Parks in America.
